Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance for peak seasons (June-August and December-January). For other times, 4-6 weeks in advance is usually sufficient. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available, but cannot be guaranteed.

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund
  • 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Yes! We offer the following group discounts:
  • 4-6 people: 10% discount
  • 7-10 people: 15% discount
  • 11+ people: 20% discount
For school groups, NGOs, or corporate retreats, please contact us for special rates.

Accommodation & Facilities

We offer three room types:
  • Standard Rooms: Double or twin beds with shared bathroom facilities
  • Deluxe Rooms: Queen beds with private bathrooms
  • Family Bungalows: Two connecting rooms with shared bathroom (sleeps 4-5)
All rooms include mosquito nets, fans, and traditional decor.

We offer complimentary WiFi in common areas (lounge and restaurant). Due to our remote location, the connection may be slower than you're used to and is not suitable for streaming or large downloads. We encourage guests to embrace this opportunity to disconnect and enjoy nature!

  • Challenging: Full-day hikes for experienced trekkers
Our guides will assess your fitness level and recommend appropriate routes. We can adjust most treks to accommodate different abilities.

Travel & Logistics

By Air: Fly to Madang Airport (MAG) from Port Moresby (1.5 hour flight). We can arrange airport transfers (45 minute drive).

By Road: Private vehicles can reach us via the North Coast Road. 4WD recommended during wet season.

By Boat: Seasonal boat transfers available from Madang town (2 hour scenic ride).

Detailed directions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended. Consult your doctor or travel clinic 6-8 weeks before travel. We provide mosquito nets and repellent, but additional precautions are advised.
